Public Services Manager, Rice Lake Public Library in Rice Lake, WI

We are seeking a fun, flexible candidate that possesses relevant practical experience and a solid understanding of public librarianship, strong skills in programming, outreach and services for patrons of all ages and the ability to lead our Public Services team into future. The Public Services Director oversees the daily operations of the library, heads up our Youth Service and Circulation departments and maintains YA and Children’s library collections.
The qualified candidate for the Rice Lake Public Public Services Director will have 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in library services and management. An MLS from an ALA accredited university is required. This is a 40 hour per week position that includes one evening shift per week and rotational weekends, with a starting wage of $22.18 per hour.
