Program to provide free cell phone and monthly minutes to low income individuals/families:

Q Link LogoLow-income households are eligible to receive telecommunication services at affordable rates.  Q Link Wireless offers free cell phones and airtime under the Lifeline Program to eligible applicants. States set their own guidelines of who is eligible, though most people who participate in the government programs listed below may qualify:


    • Food Stamps or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
    • Medicaid (Medical Assistance)
    • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
    • National School Lunch Program (Free Lunch Program Only)
