Running Club is back! Join us for a brand new Couch to 5K program! C25K, is a fantastic program that’s been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks. We’ll kickoff by meeting for an overview of the program, get signed in, and start with our first walk/ run which will last a little over 20 minutes. Each month we’ll do a local 5K as a group, running or walking at whichever level you’re comfortable with. Each member is responsible for his or her own registration for those events. Let’s get ready for a summer filled with great races.
