Join us for another fun Red Cedar trail run by the river-a great way to keep cool while running.  We will meet at the trail at 8 a.m. right near Rice Lake Utilities.

Here is our workout:

Day 1:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).

Day 2:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).

Day 3:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).
