This is our final training week!  Great job everyone!

This week we will run from the library.  If you can’t make our group run, here is your assignment~

Day 1: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).

Day 2: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).

Day 3: The final workout! Congratulations! Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).

There are several fun 5Ks in August that you are now ready to run!  Way to go!
