Library Cards
Free library cards are available to all Wisconsin residents. Children under the age of 13 need a parent or guardian's signature. Proof of current address, such as a driver's license, state ID, or utility bill showing name and address, is required. Two sizes of cards are available. A regular size and a key tag size that fits on your key ring. If you would like to have both versions of the card, the cost is $1.00 for both.
